About E-Auction-Air

Since April 2004, E-Auction-Air has been the world’s leading independent talk radio program covering eBay, e-auctions and e-commerce.

Each week, host Michael Donahue covers the world of e-commerce with insights and observations that amaze and amuse. How did he come up with the idea for the show?

“I’m an eBay Gold Powerseller myself as well as the owner of an e-commerce web site,” says long time Austin resident Michael Donahue. “I built up my business by leveraging more than 35 years experience in sales and marketing with excitement for this new trading opportunity. Online auctions & e-commerce represent the world’s most dynamic marketplace with the lowest barriers to entry. So many people asked me how they could get into this market to boost their cash flow that I finally decided to take what I’ve learned and put it out over the airwaves.”

E-Auction-Air originated as a weekly radio show on KJCE radio in Austin, Texas. In January 2005, the program moved to the internet to take advantage of the booming market in online radio.

“Internet and satellite radio are growing at a phenomenal rate,” Donahue explains. “It made sense for E-Auction-Air.com to take advantage of this market, and to provide our listeners with quicker access to the timeliest information.”
